Generated reports, diagnostics, and projections are data-processing tools and do not constitute, under any circumstances, financial, legal, accounting, or binding advice. The user acknowledges that decisions made based on these reports are their sole responsibility.
Access to advanced features is governed by a credit system or subscription plans. Procured credits are intended for processing specific documents. Ralyzer reserves the right to modify rates or plan structures with prior notice. Misuse, such as attempting to breach processing limits or unauthorized API access, will result in immediate account suspension without right to refund.
All software, source code, analysis algorithms, interface designs, logos, and reporting methodologies are the exclusive property of Ralyzer Intelligence. Reverse engineering, copying, or distribution of the software without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The quality of Ralyzer analytics directly depends on the legibility and accuracy of user-uploaded documents. We do not guarantee 100% accurate results if original documents contain accounting errors, illegible formats, or incomplete information.
Any dispute related to the use of the platform shall be governed by the current laws of Ralyzer's country of operation, with parties submitting to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in said territory.
